I used the wonder water after my normal shampoo and conditioner as an additional hair conditioning treatment like you would use a hair conditioning hair mask after your shampoo and conditioner all part of the L'Oréal dream lengths, you can't leave this product in your hair it literally is like a final conditioning rinse.
