Tap arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The tap was new and had all of the correct fittings and fixtures. Was fitted quickly and easily and looks fantastic in the kitchen.Very well priced, very quick delivery and does the job! Very impressed!

Taps look great and initially worked well. However glands started leaking well within the warranty period. Seller eventually supplied replacement ceramic glands which solved the problem, but after about 18 months the glands have started leaking again. Have been contacting seller continuously since March. Replacement glands come from China and are so say on order but seemingly would be easier to obtain if they came from the moon. Seriously considering ripping the sodding things out and throwing through the seller's window, Will be left with no water in our kitchen soon because of them. Avoid at all costs and rejoice in the fact that they are currently unavailable with no forecast date for being back in stock

I purchased this tap back in 2016 and my wife and I absolutely loved it, however after about 6 months the hot water valve kept leaking and the cold water levere kept coming loose. I contacted Thomas & Holland and they sent me a replacement hot water valve (almost impossible to find one that fits) which did the trick but recently the same things happened and Thomas & Holland are completely un contactable and never answer their phone or email.My advice would be to purchase a better quality well known brand.

Excellent product, searched hard and found this one , good price and could fit a connector for outdoor use! The screw lines at the spout , 23cm or so. Well done , Thomas and Holland.

Had these Taps 18 months and have been slowly leaking and scaling up. Contacted Thomas and Holland and told me to tighten a screw at the back of the taps, did this made the taps worse. Asked for spare rubbers etc to be sent still waiting for them. Spoke to Adam on the phone 3times, sent texts and photos of the taps etc as he couldn’t tell me what parts I needed as they were all different( this was from the company who sell taps and sinks for a living). Christmas has arrived still no parts even though promised and a constant leaking tap. Had a plumber out who told me to go back to the person I bought the taps from to get replacement parts. After sales is shocking and the taps are quite flimsy, shouldn’t be like this so soon. Had previous bridge taps in for nearly 20 years before neeeded replacing. Read reviews before buying. Unsure if these are genuine reviews. Sorry to put this bad review but honestly Your company has really let me down with terrible advice and after sales.
