Purchased this keypad in Nov 2023. By May it has stopped working. I tried reprogramming it, nothing. It never did allow garage door closure by pushing the enter button, but instead you had to enter the code and then push the enter button. NOW I am trying to get hold of the company, as the unit has a 3 year warranty. Can not find any way to contact, no number, no company, nothing. Even called Amazon CS and they could not find anyway to contact them. So, this unit is not only a piece of junk, but they hide access to their company so you can not return the item under the 3 year warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF JUNK AND CRUMMY COMPANY

Very happy with the quality and ease of programming this remote. The included instructions were super easy to follow and I had it set up and working in minutes in the first try. It even came with the battery installed. My only issue is that it doesn’t open our door when the controller in the garage is set to “Lock”. The Chamberlain is smart enough to realize the secure keypad is not a standard remote in a vehicle that should be ignored when the system is locked. This keypad also gets excluded and doesn’t work when the system is locked. Previous keypads still worked. Contacted the seller and hoping for a resolution. Other than that it’s awesome and a great deal.

This is a great remote and it's quite versatile. I have a Secure+ 2.0 system with the yellow program button. My system allows you to program the Chamberlain remotes by pressing a learn button on the button panel by the door to the house. This unit would not program using that method. However after getting out a ladder and hitting the learn button on the opener itself, it did program the new keypad and works perfectly. I like the fact you can control multiple garage door openers, as I have three Chamberlain openers. Also I like the fact that you can program a visitor code and limit the number of times that it can be used before it resets. One thing to remember is that when using the unit to open the door, after hitting the code you must press and HOLD the ENTER button for a second or two for it to engage the opener.All in all a very good unit.

I recently had an old lift master garage opener with a purple learning button replaced with a Lift master 84505RMC, which has a yellow learning button. The older keypad (377LM) is not compatible, and the installer offered to sell me a new Lift master keypad for $120, which I passed on and got this instead for under $15. It was delivered in a plastic bag (No box) and came with a 9V battery already installed, 2 screws, 2 wall anchors and an instruction paper insert. It was super easy to program, with accurate instructions. I mounted it where the old keypad was (wood frame) and did not need the wall anchors. The whole thing took about 5 minutes. Definitely recommend and would purchase again. Thank you.
