Mic takes a lot of effort to get working.
Had to install 3rd party software, change mic inputs to different than any other mic I've used, and then it finally worked. It's good quality when working, it's just the most effort I've ever had to put into setting up a headset.

Probably the lightest headset I have ever used which makes it very comfortable over long periods of time.

Poor amazon listing
The headset is good, but for 7.1 surround sound to work you need a razer USB sound card. This amazon listing says nothing about this and infers that 7.1 will work out the box. If I had known I probably would of bought an alternative headset and I now need to buy something extra meaning this isn't as good value as I thought.

Feels like I’m under water when I have them on!
Returned the next day! I’ve had plenty of headphones, these being the most expensive I’ve paid for and these were by far the worst!!

Quality isn’t there for me.
This product doesn’t feel really worth it for the price and it’s not your average Raze quality! Really has let me down since I’m really happy with the brand usually!

NO razer serial code in the box
First of all the microphone has a problem, they don't hear me when I'm in discord even after checking the settings . Second, it doesn't have the razer serial code and third, it didn't come in an original box, it came in a paper one. The speakers are good. ANY ADVICE ABOUT THE MIC?
