These are not the usual lint free wipes that most of use would be used to - they are more like a heavy paper or light card. They are only slightly porous though they are indeed lint free, they feel a little odd. The good news is, they don't soak up a lot of product so product wastage is kept to a minimum.

Very good in the prep stage as unlike other wipes they ARE really lint free so you don't get lint in the polish on application after prep and that's why I give four stars but they aren't at all absorbent so don't work at all well for soak off or for final wipe as the liquid just drips off/dries out. I'd buy these again just to use in prep and use the more absorbent ones in the other parts of the process.

Slightly too thick and shiny, the prep wipe liquid runs off of them, so you use slightly more liquid. On the plus side they are definitely lint free. Comes in an easy to store box rather than a plastic bag.

Enjoying these... does a good job of removing nail polish. If I could use acetone, I could probably get away with using just one, but I tend to use two with the remover I use.

Most of them seem to be fine but, do double check to make sure because one or two were fibrous like cotton wool pads :( These are the best I’ve purchased so far, so I’ll work through the box and update my review if too many are fraying but, most work without issue.Update:Correct: many aren’t as lint free as they could be.
