People call enamel coated stuff and I have no idea why ? This tray is excellent, super sturdy, well coated and practically bomb proof, nothing much sticks to it and when it does, I can attack it with a Brillo pad, without worrying too much about damaging it, what’s not to like about that. Worried about stuff sticking, slap a silicone mat in the bottom, if you must, although I’m not a fan of cooking on plastic, if it does stick, grab a palette knife and free it off. TLDR: For the price, get one, it will outlast you.

The best baking tray, sturdy and washes well

We have used these MasterClass baking trays for many years, they set the standard for quality. They are a little heavy but that just shows how well they are made, the vitreous enamel lasts for years. Traditional perfection.

I used this baking tray for roasting peppers. It turned out fine. Not used it for baking but it should be just as good. I did expect it to be firm and sturdy, however the sides are solid and therefore rigid, but this did not interfere with the roasting result and the whole tray seemed to be rigid when I took it out of the oven. The tray is of a good size for baking brownies where one does not need such a high heat as roasting. All in all it does the job satisfactorily.

I bought these hoping they would not be flimsy as they are quite expensive. But they are good sturdy heavy enamel baking trays. I would recommend them.

Perfect, does not warp with heat like other trays ca.

I have used the small version of this baking tray and was very happy with it, so thought I'd buy the large one as well. It's worse for a few reasons: - It warps in the oven; as it heats up you'll hear a metallic bang and suddenly the tray isn't flat, so if you're cooking with oil it pools in one corner. This problem is not unique to this tray; I had hoped the heavy construction of this one would prevent that problem, but it doesn't. The small one is not afflicted by this, perhaps simply because it's smaller and the metal doesn't expand as much when heated. - Quality control seems poor. I bought two, and one had a defect in the enamel coating, leaving a patch of the underlying metal exposed - check carefully. - It is very slightly too large to fit vertically in my dishwasher (other similarly-sized baking trays do fit but this one is just a tiny bit bigger than my other ones in all dimensions). - When washing it near-horizontally in the dishwasher, a lot of water gets trapped under the folded edges. This has been a cause of rust on my other baking trays; I haven't noticed that yet on this one but the enamel coating is very thin around the edges and it may be only a matter of time.

This is a really solid tray, with a good quality of enamel. Obviously enamel isn't non-stick, but it is pretty easy to clean, and so far hasn't chipped. I have had the oven on at over 220c and the tray hasn't warped one bit. The added benefit is that I also can't burn the coating off, which I have done with several non-stick trays before!
