If you mean will it work if your iPhone X has a screen protector installed, then, yes. Otherwise i don’t know what you mean by ‘3D tempered glass’.

will this case work for the iphone xs?

Not exactly. I picked this up hoping that it would be a perfect match but it isn’t. The IPhone XS camera is about 1mm larger than the X. So on mine the bottom of the camera cut out is sitting on the camera housing ever so slightly instead of flush around it. HOWEVER it does NOT cover the lense so I’m going to keep it. If that’s something that will bother you, buy the specific XS case from the Apple Store.

Will the pink fuschia case or any other color case get dirty

This is high quality leather so all of them will develop a patina - a darkening of the leather. You can see examples of it if you Google Apple Leather Case patina
