Perfect!
I was afraid this bowl was going to be a bit bigger than I wanted. However it's the perfect size. I like larger than normal portions and the bowls that came with my $60 dinnerware set were too small for me. I hated how a can of chunky soup would nearly fill it to the brim, also eatting salads out of them was terrible because of how small they are. These bowls came quickly, you dont have to worry about them breaking because they're plastic(yes they are thin, but not flimsy or super cheap feeling), and you get pho spoons all for $26. Totally worth it for me.Also for the review that said hot liquid/foods in this will be to hot to hold... well yeah that's true, but my nice ceramic/glass dinner bowls also get hot to hold as well, just use a hot pad if you want to stand around holding your bowl while eating hot soup..

A very versatile and durable bowl - just PERFECT!!!
These bowls are amazing! I usually don’t write reviews because I trust other reviewers and don’t care that much to add my own two cents. But let me tell you these bowls deserve a review. I originally bought them to be bowls for Asian noodle soup, BUT they are so perfect for many things. We’ve used them for salads, pasta, popcorn, and taco night serving bowls. The size is so perfect when you need a bowl bigger than a cereal bowl, but not as big as a mixing bowl. I’ve been able to consolidate and eliminate unnecessary clutter in my kitchen because these bowls can be used in so many ways.

nice, big, bowls
These bowls are the perfect size for a large meal size salad, rice bowl, or ramen/pho. They clean easily and do not stain, even after sitting in the sink overnight only partially rinsed. They will break, if you drop them the right way, though. I lost one when it fell from a high shelf onto the floor, but it broke in several large pieces and clean up was not an issue. That said, I still give them 5 stars and would buy again with no hesitation.

Great multi-use bowls, but take care with adding hot liquids
Great size for a big bowl of ramen. I bought it for ramen, but use it for many things. They are a great size for food prep. I was worried about staining as I often add turmeric and gochujang to my broth, but so far the bowls have cleaned up nicely. The bowls are a bit thin, and can be too hot to comfortably hold immediately after pouring in boiling broth. I usually get around that by putting the bowl on the small cutting board that I used to cut the toppings for the ramen, and carry the cutting board. By the time I finish the noodles, and need to pick up the bowl to drink the broth, the bowl has cooled enough to handle.

More Pho please
I read 'The Beauty of the Humanity Movement' by Camillia Gibb. I was so taken with the character, Hung, and his dedication to making the best Pho in Hanoi that I had to make it myself. I boiled the bones, skimmed the fat and added the spices..... This could not be served in just any bowl... It had to be the regular pho bowls. They were perfect and we enjoyed our 'Hung Pho' with friends. The spoons that came with it made the chopsticks unnecessary.

Good for occasional use
Perfect size and work well for what we needed but took 2 stars off for the way they arrived. They appeared to have been opened previously and there was Styrofoam EVERYWHERE. On top of that mess, they were covered in little hairs!? I was able to finally get them all wiped off and into the dishwasher. Not overly impressed, but they do the job.

Great bowls! Definitely recommend.
These bowls are wonderful! I needed bowls for Pho, Ramen, and any other soups-as- meals recipe I use. I eat practically everything out of bowls. These are quite large. The spoons hook onto the edge of the bowl so they don't slide in. They are melamine, so they hand wash in seconds. Dishwasher safe. Do not use in microwave. They feel substantial, yet are light.I'm hoping they get them back in stock! I need a few sets as gifts.

Thanksgiving Ramen Bowls
As a blended family, our children can get tired of the many turkey dinners. My husband and I, do our traditional turkey dinner. When the girls come home for Thanksgiving, we try something new. This year will be Ramen Soup, with some help from Asian at Home Blogger. The bowls and spoons are perfect. Lately, we've been having most of our meals in these bowls.
