Is the bread packed so that the bread arrives still frozen?

Yes it is. It has dry ice in it. Ours was delayed due to storms and still came frozen.

Are there seeds on top ?

There are two types, one has seeds on top, the other, the one I get, does not.

please tell me why Ezekial bread cost so much? what is a smiliar taste? and, is it reallllllly worth it?

It is a really amazing bread that I love and stick with due to autoimmune disease. It's much better than so many other flat tasteless and dry bread alternatives. I also love their tortillas and English muffins but try to find it elsewhere. I'm in a somewhat small north Idaho community with only about 12,000 residents that is still able to sell it for $5-6 ish a loaf at our one grocery store to give you a comparison. Thank goodness this store has a pretty amazing health food section!
