I received two of the same side panels, but the manufacturer really came through. I just used the online order form to order a new part. A customer service specialist contacted me almost immediately and within a week or so I had the replacement. Because it was a side panel it was a BIG part, but Prepac did not even blink about sending the replacement. This is what customer service should be so even though I had to wait a bit for the replacement part, I am giving them 5 stars for making it right and saving me the headache of a return. If this happens to you just contact the manufacturer online or by phone. It will take less time getting a new part than boxing it back up for a return and waiting for a new one to arrive.

I know it can be risky buying furniture online regardless of reviews- I purchased this dresser for my 7 yr old son so I knew it would have to be a solid and sturdy piece. The box arrived and I was immediately impressed by the weight of it. Press board like everything else but it is thick and solid. The directions were clear and everything was included minus a screwdriver and a hammer. I assembled this in an afternoon by myself. I did go the extra step and woodglued every screw hole and every joint especially the drawers. Afterwards I painted it with chalk paint.For the price I do believe you are most definitely getting your money's worth. I'm confident it will last for years to come. The drawers have a good depth and the shape makes it perfect for a smaller bedroom.
