Terrific idea- unfortunately didn't work!
Unfortunately I can't give this product a higher score. I purchased this as I had a large catering event and needed it for sandwiches. Terrific idea for saving time but it didn't work! the slices just fused together and wouldn't separate..... even with another overnighter in the fridge. I ended up mashing it all up and spreading it. Not a time saver and pricey !!......... But top marks for flavour, good for corned beef hash. Perhaps either thicker slices for sandwiches Or on block for hash. So I'm sorry ......1 star for idea that didn't work but 5 stars for flavour.
