I am a teacher and always love visuals. This is one visual that has helped me lose weight. After meeting with a nutritionist, she recommended this style of plating food and counting calories. Having it visual on my plate is so helpful. It's just a great reminder of portions and different ideas for meats, carbohydrates, and of course vegetables! I also love the space for sauce in the middle.

First, I just love how colorful this plate is. It came carefully packed; not broken or chipped. It works great at keeping you from overeating. Each section is just the right portion size & you will be full but not overly, too full to move, full. With the pictures you know just what to eat & it's really bigger than what I thought it would be.

Plates are fine but gave them away because too large for me.

I don't like these plates as much as I thought I would. I love the bowls I ordered so I did the plates as well and I hardly ever use them. I think I'll find some that'll have the seperator in them. It has no curves so the food runs all over the place. The portions also seem off as if it's too large. Not my favorite item.

The plate is a great visual aid and reminder of portions by group. My grandchildren love the colors and pictures. The plate is lightweight but sturdy. For me without raised areas to manage portions the flat plate gives me opportunities to eat more than a recommended portion size. To ensure portions are controlled I must incorporate measuring/weighing.
