Helps you cope with pain and reduces it a bit. Probably won't get rid of all of your pain, but gave me the best nights sleep I've had in almost a decade. Worth the money just on that basis alone.

Good but depends on level of pain
It’s quite good depends on the level of pain. When I used first time relief was good but second and third time didn’t have much effect.

May just of changed my life
I have fibromyalgia and at the moment being floored by nerve pain in neck and head. NOTHING has eased the worst pain of my life but the fibro group recommended these and boy were they right! Popped one of these on the back of my neck not expecting much but it actually helped, not a bit but a lot! These will always be by my side (well in my handbag) from now on. Apparently they last 12 hours so hopefully if I put one on before bed I won't wake up constantly in the night in pain, actually looking forward to going to bed for the first time in years!

If It really works
Product arrived quickly. Bought for my elderly Dad who has pain in shoulders. The patch which can be left on for upto 12 hours was quite effective. Size was good, but my dad struggled to put it on flat onto the skin. Pity you can't use them for more than 3 days consecutively. No skin irritation, but I think it felt warm around the patch area. Definitely worth a try.
