Wow. Name brand fiber powder and capsules are amateur hour compared to this cereal. 10/10. The taste isn't great but its certainly well above inedible.

Awful!!!! I would not buy it again or if I was you
If I could give this 0 stars or negative I would do so. Didn’t work. Tasted like cardboard. Small small box. Maybe 3 bowlfuls? The price is outrageous for what it says it will do. You could possibly ignore the taste if it worked and price cheaper just to get your fiber in but seriously doesn’t work. My friend tried a few bites and spit it out. What did work tho… my stomach hurt for several hours. I wouldn’t waste your money. It’s too expensive for the size, taste, description of what it does. Wish I could get my money back but Amazon said no.
