Are these individually wrapped?

I don’t really think they are useful. Pads are massive and everyone can see that you are wearing them. They are not individually wrapped.

Will they absorb large leaks if dont reach toilet soon enough

Yes! I have been using Always for years but now I have incontinence and they are comfortable and smell nice too! They are very absorbent! You can get different sizes too!

Do these pads have a sticky backing to keep pad in place

Yes they do, the whole pad is sticky making them very secure.

Which is the strongest absorbing always discreet pads

Having tried a variety of pads these Always pads are the most unreliable, They are VERY thin & long & uncomfortable to wear. My reccomendation would be, either TENA LADY MAXI Night Pads or TENA COMFORT MAXI Pads. Both are excellent products.
