Marvellous stuff!
I wouldn't be without this balm when I have a cold (and I get absolute stinkers!). I would describe it as a soothing gel that has decongestant properties from the herbal aroma that's been added to it. It helps stop my nostrils and outer nasal skin getting raw and sore and it also helps me get to sleep. I've used it for years - and I've just had Amazon send a tube to a friend who's got the mother-and-father of a cold right now! I don't put a huge amount on and so a tube lasts me quite a long time, and I haven't found it loses its properties over time (though I'm sure it has a sell-by date on it). Marvellous stuff!

Can’t live without it!
Been using this for years, during hay fever season and winter, stops dry nose and lovely menthol smell. So glad Amazon still sell it!

Worth the cost.
Very good if you have a cold. Stops a nose being sore immediately.

It Does Help In a Way
My experience with Happinose is this: It does not really relieve any congestion for me. I have severe, daily allergies. BUT, I am using it nightly, and it is working to clear up and heal / soften nasal membranes that have been so damaged from years of allergies. It is definitely soothing, with a very slight menthol or eucalyptus vapour, and it helps me go to sleep without feeling the inside of my nose drying out so severely. I will keep using it.

my nose is happy with it
as long as you don't mind the smell of geraniums, this is the best stuff to heal/prevent redness and soreness when you have a runny nose. It isn't going to do much to unblock congestion, though it does help when combined with other nasal sprays that would otherwise burn
