Freakin sweet!! Love it, it is a fantastic drone. Very stable and reliable. Beautiful and perfectly clear and stable video. Long range as well with great features! The thing is awesome against strong wind, is very fun, and fast.

Great drone! I’ve had the phantom series and Mavic pro , holy stone etc. This is a great smooth flyer in all modes. Battery life is as expected, I do wish it had follow me and obstacle avoidance. But all and all it’s an amazing lil drone without going into the $1000+ range. Distance is a solid couple miles without any interruption. Build feels solid , and the camera is amazingly clear even while using the zoom at full magnification. If you’re debating on the RC controller with the built in screen. Go for the upgrade. It’s so worth not having to mess with a phone.

This is a great starter kit. The remote with the screen is much better than going through your phone. It's all right there. The drone is pretty intuitive and easy enough to fly for anyone. The camera is good battery life is decent and I'd recommend this set up to anyone who is interested in drones.

An excellent drone for anyone wanting to get into drone videography or photography. RAW images available and the gimble is designed so well that even in strong wind you'd have a hard time seeing any movement. For anyone just starting out, this to me is the drone you should make your entry into the hobby or profession with. Not too expensive that if you crash you are out a ton, but also delivers excellent quality videos and photos. If you get the plus batteries that weigh a little more, yes it does put the drone over the 250g limit, but you simply register it with the FAA and pay a $5 and all your drones are covered for that same 5 dollars. The plus batteries being heavier also give it more stability in the air.

With our country treating DJI like a company that has done something wrong, it's bad for U.S citizens that want a drone that's better than most U.S. companies at a lower price. I've been flying DJI drones since phantom series drones. I have a Mavic air 2 that I ordered before they were released. It has been a great drone. Now I have the DJI mini 3 and I just love it. The camera is great and control is right on. For 600.00 dollars it is great for novice pilots and those that have been flying for years. I want the mavic 5 pro but I'll have to wait because of no updates, no parts no warranty. Talk to your representative about this issue. Many of enough citizens complain, something can be done so as a free country that I love and a U.S.A.F. veteran we should have the right to purchase the best drones at a lower price. Thank you

Out of the box, the drone performs impressively—easy to set up, intuitive to fly, and generally responsive in the air. I did notice the absence of the small screwdriver that several other reviewers mentioned receiving, so that was a minor letdown. The real issue, though, is the battery life. Despite claims of up to 114 minutes with three batteries, real-world usage falls far short. You’re lucky to get 21 minutes per battery before the drone automatically initiates a return. Across all three batteries, the most I’ve been able to squeeze out is just about 60 minutes total. Whether that’s due to faulty batteries or a power-hungry system, it’s hard to say—but the performance doesn’t match the advertised specs. If your main priority is extended flight time, be cautious—this drone may not meet expectations on that front.

Incredible drone! It’s unreal how I launched it off my building’s rooftop. The wind was strong up there, but the image was perfectly still. You couldn’t tell it was moving at all, like studio-quality film. I flew a couple of blocks away, all the way down to the wharf. There’s a hill and a bunch of buildings between me and the wharf. I ended up losing signal over the wharf and got scared. I thought I’d lose my drone, but it actually raised up in the air so high it went above the limit it’s usually allowed to go. It didn’t stop going up until it reestablished a clear connection with my phone and remote. I was able to fly back home without any problems. I was so relieved. I could’ve stopped flying before it got out of reach. It was giving me serious indications that it was about to lose signal. It was flashing in and out and blinking that I was out of range, but I just kept pushing it anyway. I don’t know what I was thinking. The drone is pretty friendly, very easy to use, and extremely portable. It’s very lightweight, and I actually put it in the pocket of my pants and rode my bicycle without even it being uncomfortable. It’s also extremely durable. I crashed it once without blade protectors, and you couldn’t even tell that I wrecked it. There was only a small scratch on one of the blades. The only function I wish it had was auto-tracking. It doesn’t auto-track a person or bicycle and follow you on its own.

The coolest little drone ever!!! I have a larger drone as well and go back to this all the time. It’s simple and a great first drone for beginners. It does have a manual option that unlocks after you do the basics of the orbit, Birds Eye view and others.
