Beautifully black and it has a cool little printing on the backing to tell you how to pull them to keep them straight rather than the usual distorted sticky note. Could be a little stickier but it is what it is for the value of so many for the price.

I loved the colors so much but there is almost 0 stick to these at all. They’re more like small papers for notes, dislike that ☹️Update : seller reached out and issued refund. That is amazing customer service. Would give them another chance

MOST IMPORTANT: The other vendors of these "sticky-notes" always include a few dark colors that you need a white pen to use. These are ALL pastels, and ALL usable with dark ink!!NEXT MOST IMPORTANT: Like the other knock-offs, these have a thicker stripe of adhesive than the original, but these come with instructions on how to pull one off the book without the curling one gets when one uses the traditional peeling method.

These are just super cool and fun! The sticky part isn't great, so maybe tape them down instead of relying on the adhesive. I would still buy them again.

I themed my work desk with pastels (the office is very gray and blah) and these sticky notes have been the perfect addition to bringing some color to my space and paperwork! I liked the multi-color pastel colors for these, other colorful sticky notes tend to be too bright & loud.However - as I'm opening the package I see an enclosure card with instructions for how to remove each note sheet to 'preserve the stickiness': you're not supposed to pull off from the side or straight up, rather u r supposed to pull the sheet toward you because (for reasons that I have yet to figure out) otherwise the sheet won't be as sticky.In other words, these sheets have lousy adhesion. I'm an Office Admin, am I supposed to make 12 copies of this instruction and tie them to each pad? Or email all staff (including executives) with instructions on how to use a sticky note???I appreciate that some usages might want a low-tac note, however our office doesn't, so I process a return. Well, well, it turns out that since I'm not close to a Kohls I have to pay $1.00 to get the return code so that I can take it to a UPS store! Talk about adding insult to injury - you admit that you have a lousy product and then penalize a customer for not shutting up and putting up with it. I'm acting on behalf of my company and I'm annoyed that I've been put in this position - over a package of stationary supplies. Mr. Pen, stop already with the cutesy mustache sticker and put that money into some adhesive.

Good, colorful standard sticky notes

Neat colors but the sticky back sucks when pulled off the pad. I wouldn't buy them a second time. I like to put notes up on my wall when needing reminders. Can't with these. But writes okay, doesn't bleed or smudge much.
