Sugar free
I do a lot of baking and I need to limit the sugar due to my wife's diabetes. I use stevia but I wanted a sugar free product. The grocery stores don't always have sugar free. This worked well and was easy to make and tasted fine.

Easy peasy. All you need is cold milk and 5 minutes of beating with a mixer. The result is a creamy and delicious cheesecake. I for the first time today with my Oreo no-bake cheesecake recipe.

So, I'm thinking maybe I didn't mix the fist pack long enough. The flavor is fine, not very sweet at all. But, the mix is not creamy/smooth at all. It's gritty like everything didn't dissolve in the milk. I'll mix the second pack longer and I was thinking of maybe mixing in some whipped topping to help with the texture as well. I'll update after I make the second package.
