Let's be through, lights arrived in a heavy duty over packed box, if they arrive damaged someone has been grossly negligent along the way. The lights are fairly heavy and feel well constructed, wires are neat and labeled, as well as covered for durability from chaffing. Instillation is pretty straight forward and they mount as OEM do, and feel as solid. The instructions are clear and evening color! Overall instillation is pretty simple. The fit is pretty good. As for the actual light output is great. I have had several hid projector setups and the low beam is on par, but the high beam is second to none. The beam pattern is a little different that I am used to but now that I have driven with them several days I have grown to live them as I live in the country and drive in the dark through deer territory almost every day, and these have helped avoid several deer already sooner and safer than with the old lights. The turn signals are very bright and I like the size of them, they cover a larger area than the originals. The drl seems to be quite bright and should let others see you well .( I do not have mine hooked up currently as my 20 year old sockets are burned out, but I was able to get a feel for how they are while discovering this) . Not that we want negatives but let's cover the few there are. A couple connections are less secure than desired, and although I am sure a 20 year old truck doesn't help, isn't anything that a little electrical tape don't make secure. One light I didn't feel like sits perfectly straight but isn't really noticable. ( I noticed more than others) and the last thing I would say is that I would like the parking light to be a little brighter, however they are plenty adequate and the very bright turn signal more than makes up for this. And the single biggest fault I could find is the adjusters. They are not really made to be adjusted while installed as OEM is, and there is no mention of the adjusters or which one does what in the instructions. This is still a pretty minor issue as once they are aimed well there shouldn't be a need to do it again. So in summery if your looking for a light that works very well, looks good and doesn't break the bank ( esp compared to a quality set of projector retrofits price wise) then I would say these are much better than the average cheap options. .

Right out of the box they are not working properly. Wasted 3 hours of my life out in the cold troubleshooting... true review, they are going back... garbage...

let me start off by saying that these headlights suprised me at first cause of the price they had!! So i decided to give them a try since all the other ones that are made for the chevy tahoe are so cheap made and either they break so easily or even that water gets in them so fast and dont last long which suck so bad !!! So first thing i enjoyed and loved was when i received these headlights , they came in so nicely packed in the box and i can tell right away they weigh more than the chinese made ones.when i picked them up . also i can tell right away that they are more durable and better quality. i didnt had to worrry about sealing up all around with silicone since they are already made for that.So goin on to the installation at firzt it was so confusing and hard to get them to operate the way there supposed but the directions on the paper were clearly and understandable. I went ahead and put them on i had trouble at first cause either the halogen bulb wouldnt light up or the drl but i figures i had to to mess with the wires and turn them around 180 degrees till i got them all to turn on! plain and simple i didnt had to deal with any bulbs not fitting or the headlights not fitting in since everything is implemented in the headlight housing!Took me a good 2 hours to get them to fit and work perfect and old boy i love the results they fit in so nice juzt like the original stock ones dont have any gaps or openings everything was just perfect. i love the drl led strips and how bright they are too and at night time they left me speechless cause they are perfect and it lights up the whole road and i dont got to worry about any adjustments made to focus the light on the road! i fell in love with them and even ever since then i been getting so many compliments when im driving.They saved my life on the road now that i can perfectly see and not worrying about the light not being bright cause these halogens are super bright and they make the road so visible at night no matter where im going too! anyways it was a hassle putting and gettimg them right the first time but that cause these are a brand new style that are just plug n play i dont have to worry about buy them led bubls or anything cause theyre all integrated inside which i love so much! i was so happy with the results and i love the drl led strips and the halogens it made my truck look so much newer and beautiful! i have never in my life expected some awesome headlights like these ones! they just changed the whole look of my truck and it was a simple just plugnplay i gave these headlights a 5 star review and will never again buy those or any other chinese headlights!

I genuinely recommend these Ramjet headlights! The lights impress immediately as they arrive extremely well-packaged in a thick cardboard box, surrounded by heavy duty foam. Very secure! The lights themselves surprised me in weight, feeling very solid and well built. The wiring is tidy and labeled, everything has grommets and seals.. quality looks great! Installation was a breeze as they install the same as the originals, simply follow the instructions, plug and play. Quality instructions, easy to read and understand! And an unexpected bonus, I found reading the instructions that included with the lights is a plug to allow the low beams to stay on when you hit the highs! The lights all fit very well, just as the oem’s did. The adjusters were smooth, easy to access and dial in. But when you get out on an open road.. WOW do these things impress! The output is absolutely incredible! I have $700+ HID projector headlights in another vehicle and I would say that the low beam output of these is nearly identical, but the high beam throw is much farther/brighter! The cut off is clean and staggered, and I have had zero people flash highbeams at me for the 250 nighttime miles I’ve driven with these so far. To say that night driving is safer as an understatement! The turn signals are bright and crisp, and the DRL’s are a nice modern touch for these 20+ year-old vehicles. Overall, I certainly give these headlights 5 stars, and highly recommend. Not only do the update and modernize the appearance, they are a massive increase to your nighttime visibility and safety!! I would not hesitate to buy again!
