The quality pays for itself!
I've used other brand vice grips. I always go back to Irwin. They're rock solid and last for years. I bought these to replace my cheaper ones. When you're using Irwins and cheaper ones at the same time you definately notice the difference!

Good hold but should have rubber grips on the handles.

Not the same as 15 years ago
Used this brand for years. Wanted more of these however there are small differences which the needle nose the much thicker at the pointed end by 50 percent which will not allow into certain tight areas.
