This product I have road tested. And it performed perfectly. Keeps the phone in place snug & secure. It never dropped the phone once in my semi truck. The only thing I would ever do to improve a product this is to add a rubberized type of surface just to eliminate a little bit of the sliding. But it never slid off. That would just be something to consider in the future for some of these types of Magnetic mounts for any brand. I would absolutely buy this again. It does exactly what I needed to do with a good price.

It works with my Garmin accessories I already have and was compatible with my Google Pixel 7 Pro. It also worked with a magsafe case I bought on here as well for the Pixel, only issue i have is that it's position the phone a little lower than using a traditional auto clamp holder that is sturdier. Just wished the magnets were a little stronger when going over bumps. Good for getting in and out easily!

I have been using this with a 3rd party ball and socket dash mount. I like the ease and convenience that a mount like this offers. I was using a Ram Mount X grip style mount before and I was getting tired of actuating the "X" every time I wanted to move my phone. However, with that being said this mount in particular could benefit from using stronger magnets or just more of them. After driving with it for a few weeks I found that my phone would pop off this mount every time I went over any medium sized bumps or potholes. This also included any standard sized speed bump I would encounter in parking lots. Due to this I switched this to be my passenger phone mount as I was getting slightly annoyed having to scramble to pick my phone up every time I went over a bump. Doing so negated any of the convenience features this mount offered.

uses the same size socket as the rugged ridge mount on my jeep TJ, allowing me to easily upgrade from the old clamp style mount to this new MagSafe mount. Magnet is very strong. Works great.

Bought this so I could add to a different car, my last mount came with 2 options, so I used this for the air vent and the head went right on the other brand

Ordered one from a different seller and had to return it as the socket was too small and didn't fit the ball mount. This one fits perfect. Very happy. Holds the phone nicely as well.
