Helpful sleep aid
Got this because of a bad disc herniation and sleeping was painful because I couldn't lie on my back or front and when laying on my side, my hips were out of alignment which caused additional soreness in my hips as well as my back.First night I used it, it took some getting used to in order to fall asleep but the position itself gave me immediate relief.Very sturdy and supportive but also soft so it doesn't irritate your skin. The strap also prevented it from moving during the night and meant it didn't matter if I rolled over onto my other side since it remained in place regardless.Even now months after first purchasing it, it has kept its shape and supportiveness and while I don't need to use it as much owing to my recovery, I am very glad to have it for those nights my back plays up again.Fantastic value for money and it goes without saying you can't put a price on the value of the relief it provided.Highly recommend to those with back or hip issues.

Does the job for nerve pain between knees
Bought to help with nerve pressure between the knees. Does the job as essentially keeps my knees apart when sleeping. Ergonomic, also comfy if you flip on your back as it has flat sides. Dubious about longevity of the Velcro on the strap, especially when I start washing the cover. We shall see…

Aids sleeping or sitting down with great support for your knee.
Great product that helped my husband no end when he damaged his knee. He was unable to sleep on his side as his knees would lean on each other and the pain was unbearable for him. Bought thim this pillow and although it did not take the pain away, it made it manageable for him to be able to sleep again as his knee was supported. Was great for him to have it rested on whilst sitting down. Its adjustable too so makes it a perfect addition to your first aid box.We have lent it to friends to try and they have ended up purchasing too. The material is soft and washable. Would recommend.

Fantastic knee pillow — highly recommended!
Fantastic knee pillow — highly recommended! This pillow has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. It fits perfectly between the knees and really helps relieve pressure from the lower back and hips. The memory foam is soft yet supportive and doesn’t lose its shape overnight. I also love that the cover is washable, which makes it easy to keep clean. After just a few nights, I noticed reduced discomfort in my legs and back. It’s clearly doctor-developed with real attention to comfort and alignment. If you’re a side sleeper or experience joint pain, this is a must-have. Great value for money!

Supportive but not perfect
My 2nd knee pillow now. This isn't as good as the one it replaces. Unfortunately the zip isn't concealed and often I feel it against my skin in the night which isn't great. While the leg strap is adjustable with velcro it's not overly generous and is not elasticated like my previous one was - which was much more comfortable. It is supportive though - just room for improvement.

So far it is working for me
PACKAGING: Vacuumed packed in a clear plastic bag.PRODUCT: Memory foam knee pillow.FUNCTION: This came vacuumed packed but it did not take long for it to expand to its intended shape once opened. It appears well made. The memory foam is high density, meaning it is quite firm and the cover is plush. It comes equipped with a strap that is secured on one end via Velcro.I have very bad back pain, either sciatica or a herniated disc. I suspect this is aggravated by poor posture, particularly in bed as I tend to favor front sleeping, which I know is very bad. So I will literally try anything to alleviate the pain. However, I do not have the money to just throw at anything, so I purchased this having read some positive reviews (and with a degree of desperation).I found the leg strap (as it is) inadequate. The Velcro fastening is a little pointless. I just slip my leg in and out without unfastening the strap. Plus, the pillow does not stay in place during the night as the strap does not grip my leg sufficiently. I would have preferred to see an elasticated strap. I feel this would grip the leg better and accommodate different size legs. This also comes with a small business card that has a QR code which enables you to access the e-book. I did not find the literature very useful. The only useful information I obtained was that you should sleep on the effected side - so if you have pain running down your left side you should try and sleep on your left side, with your knees bent toward your head, and the pillow between the knees. This prevents a twisting through the lower back as your knee drops to the mattress. This made sense to me.On first use I experienced no discomfort in bed. I did find myself having to re-adjust the pillow throughout the night as it does not stay in place. I had a good nights sleep with no pain, plus it actually prevented me from rolling onto my front. However, for the first three days the pain got worse during the day. Not constant, but as soon as I bent over (even slightly) I would get a sharp, intense pain in my back that was so acute it made me cry out and my legs buckle. I considered whether the pillow was making my condition worse, or if my back was simply recovering from being abused for so long. Well, I am now on day four and the bouts of pain are less frequent although just as intense. So I do believe the pillow is helping me. Certainly I am sleeping much better. At the time of this review the memory foam knee pillow was £19.95. Yes this is a lot of money, but the pillow is well made and more importantly, it can aid with maintaining proper posture in bed. I would recommend.

Lifesaver for lumbar pain
For me it's an absolute life saver... It doesn't/isn't move, squash down, zip dig in, velcro annoy skin or unfasten, too small, unsupportive or any of the other things reported. For me it has....stopped my lumbar back pain, neck pain, bladder and groin discomfort, kept me asleep all night, has stayed in place and moved with me. It can be used on either leg. I have tried pillows, mattresses and all manner of ways prior to buying this to stop my back pain and this has absolutely done the trick. Can't recommend it enough for side sleepers.
