Mueller 255 Lumbar Support Back Brace with Removable Pad, Black, Regular (28"-50" Waist)

Second time I buy this back belt, first was in 2013. Thank goodness I found it again cause I tried another one that was too big. I have had disc problems and this belt helps a lot when I need to be standing up for longer than I can bear. I would say dont stop doing your physio exercises to strengthen your back/core muscle and use this belt to relief pressure when you cant avoid it so it stops irritatiin the nerve/muscles. Pls seek professional advice always but for me, this back belt is a life saver when in crisis. But then again, you need to strengthen your core muscles to actually solve the root cause of back pain. Also, even if not in pain/crisis, if you are going to lift weight, also good idea to use this belt so you may save your discs from getting overloaded. This is a very good back brace for the money and has made a huge difference to me as I have 3 collapsed disks in the lumber section of my back, the pad which attaches with velcro fits nicely into the small of my back adds extra support and comfort. Before I bought this brace I was afraid to do simple tasks for fear of setting my back off again, but wearing the brace has allowed me to do a lot more things that I used to do which is fantastic. The brace itself is well made and easily washable, I'm a 34" waist and it fits well although it would be even better if they did different sizes so that there would not be so much excess strap to wrap round for people with slimmer waists. But that's a minor problem for all the benefits it has offered me. Good product for people who need support in the lower back.

My back causes me problems with strained muscles, at the base of my back, either side of the spine. I have a back support which sort of helped, but didn't feel as if it actually did much. This lumber support feels more substantial, the pad which rests against your spine does feel that it gives additional support. It is more effective than my old one. It will not stop any discomfort or pain, but it does help ease it, and allow you to more easily move around.

I used this whilst doing a large landscaping project involving a lot of heavy lifting. This product saved my back from any injury.

Pull it to your comfort level, usually keep it just a bit firm, for all day support or less, obviously take it off for meal times, used it many times and still as good as new.

Reasonable quality. Would be good if it fits. It says fit everybody. But it was way too loose for my wife

I borrowed my son-in-law's Mueller back brace and was so impressed I asked to keep it and bought this for him. The support is easy to put on and even when tight is comfortable and can be worn for hours. We have an equestrian smallholding which requires lots of maintenance - no more backache from lifting, cleaning and gardening, except if I forget to put it on!

I partially herniated a disc and have to be dead careful with lifting & digging. This brace gives me freedom to dig all day, lift large pots and bags of compost. This is the second time I have bought this brace and strongly recommend it, worth the money.

This brace is made with good quality material and the Velcro sticks well .it gives excellent support for my back and comfortable to wear over clothes.After a couple of days using this brace my back definitely feels better, it’s very well made and I have used it before too and bought the same Mueller back brace again because this brace has 2 sets of straps so you can really tighten it up . One size fits all it says but please take your measurements this brace is not very big and the ends barely meet up when worn over a thin cotton dress. The seller’s are very helpful and quick to respond to your questions if you need to know more . I highly recommend this back brace and the seller’s too . This back brace is the best one around and I am very happy I bought it.
