I previously had a pair of these shoes that lasted 20 years! I wore them a lot as you can imagine but finally the sole wore through, the upper and surround still looked very good condition I mean like another 10 years easy but alas it was time to say good bye to what felt like the most comfortable shoes I’d ever had. I bought the original pair in a Clark’s high street store long before Amazon, I’d look when I was in a Clark’s store but never saw them again till low and behold they appeared here on Amazon. Snapped up this pair when a deal was on, awaited their arrival (uk10.5 got to love the half size) hoping that nothing had changed or they had become a shadow of the formers quality. But Ive got to say happily when they arrived they looked and felt as the old ones did. Even slipping my feet in to these brand new shoes felt like I was putting in the old set again. I can’t understate how finding good shoes that just fit and are comfortable out the box that don’t fall apart in a few years and slip on nice and easy, I had tried Barbour and Hush puppies before I found these and they just don’t cut it. Choice of colours and sizes are wide and varied suede/leather options abound but price wise that’s when you got to look and keep an eye on prices they are a bit up and down but with patience for £50-£65 (varies up to £120 for some) you can normally get a pair that suit. Can’t recommend these enough Ive now just bought the black suede to go with the gun smoke and will keep an eye for others. Suit lots of occasions, slip on and last for YEARS! But most of all for me personally comfortable.

Versatile and comfortable. Easy to put on and fit good. Really slippery soles when went but ok in mud with the treads. Quality seems good. Style is orthopedic in this brown faux leather .. best get the suede / matt finish ones

These are excellent shoes, can be used for casual wear or hiking. This is my second pair and are used every day to walk the dog or just go a bout my errands. Very well made, comfortable and hard wearing. The fact that they are so easy to put on is a bonus. The sizing was spot on for me.

Rugged shoe, very comfy and good for walking

I've had several pairs of these and they're now pretty much the only shoes that I wear. Great for walking, smart enough for work and just the comfiest easiest shoes I've ever owned. If you're looking for a pair of durable slip on shoes you just can't go wrong. Often on offer at around the £60 mark and they're more than worth that

I wear these for work as I have to go in and out of lots of people’s homes so it’s important that I can get them on and off quickly. Well made and last a long time (these are my third pair in 8 years of daily use, and the others are still going strong, they just got a little tired looking). One thing to note is the sizing (UK at least) is waaaay out. I’m usually a 7, but need an 8.5 in these!

Great fit & comfortable!

Very comfortable, great support overall. The sole/heal is pretty thick, which is great for comfort, but if you aren't paying attention, you could roll your ankle.

Estos zapatos son muy cómodos, tienen una horma que se ajusta bien al pie. Son de buena calidad, como todo lo que hace esta marca Merrell. La suela es gruesa y al principio es un poco dura, pero es cuestión de tiempo para que se sienta más flexible. Son del tipo sport pero elegantes. Aunque hay que cuidar bien la superficie ya que es nobuck y se puede raspar o dañar con facilidad si no tienes precaución.

These are good looking shoe and are very comfortable. I have five different pairs of these shoes and wear them all the time. Except for the summertime or warmer season. The size is spot on. I will probably buy at least one more color

Bin super zufrieden mit diesem Schuhmodell und habe mir dieses über die letzten Jahre hinweg nunmehr zum fünften Mal bestellt - einmal in schwarz, einmal in hellbeige und dreimal in der Farbe „Gunsmoke“ (dunkelgrau), wobei mir die zuletzt genannte Farbe am meisten zusagt. Meines Erachtens ist die Farbe ideal für den Alltag, sie passt gut zu Jeans, zu einem legeren Büro-Outfit oder ist bestens geeignet für einen Spaziergang bei Schmuddelwetter mit dem Hund. Die Schuhe in besagter Farbe kommen recht schmutzunempfindlich daher, wenn man sie gelegentlich mit Imprägnierspray behandelt, sind sie auch zuverlässig bei Nässe. Ansonsten sind die Schuhe sehr bequem wenn man sie ein paar Tage eingelaufen hat. Vom Handling her kann man einfach und rasch in sie hinein schlüpfen und auch wieder heraus - ein großer Pluspunkt gegenüber der herkömmlichen Schnürsenkelzubinderei. Die Preise der Schuhe variieren sehr stark. Mal kostet das Paar 98,00 €, mal 69,00 €. Das von mir zuletzt bestellte Paar, konnte ich in der black week in der Größe 43,5 für 56,99 € erstehen. Nach Angeboten Ausschau halten lohnt sich daher auf jeden Fall.
