Switch On Your Brain Workbook

One of the BEST BOOKS I have ever read - about how our mind works!! I love the way she explains the science behind how we think and encourages us to think better, make good choices, and improve our mental outlook on life. It's the first book I have ever read that helps me understand the Bible in a scientific manner. I highly recommend this book to everyone!

This book is life changing . Must read it. Incredible information about changing the plasticity of your brain and growing new neuro pathways!

It definitely has changed my life. This is the second book written by a doctor and their writing isn't smooth and makes it more difficult to understand. I am not in the writing business, but I think an editor would have been beneficial.

I bought the book on audible because I had credits and then realized I needed something in front of me. This workbook served as a wonderful companion.
