Cranium - fun for all ages
There is only one downside to this game you need four players to play! I bought this for my daughter for Christmas as she had the junior cranium years ago and whilt she liked it it doesnt have the range of thsi game. You have four areas of cards to complete and work around the board throwing different colours on the dice. Word Worm which has alsorts of different word game, spelling backwards, guessing meanings, etc. There Star Performer, humming, charades and the fun one puppeting. There Data Head which is like questions and Creative cat, drawing with your eyes closed, modeling with clay, etc. It is great fun for all the family and even the people who are first didn't want to perform by the end of the game were very into it. You do need a bit of room to play it and at least 4 people. But it is very much fun for all ages.

SO much fun but minimum of 4 players needed
I bought this game for my boyfriend for Christmas as he is a fan of board games. I was a little worried that this would be overly complicated but after you've read the instructions, its very simple, but brilliant. We played this game a couple of times over the Christmas period and its been very enjoyed. Especially when we turned over the 'humpback whale' card.I wouldnt suggest this game for small children though, its really for a group of adults with a fair amount of wine but children can enjoy this (I'd suggest from 12 upwards) Also some of the songs you need to hum are from the 80s/90s and you'd need to be late 20s to know what they were. For entertainment value though, this is definitely 5 stars, we love it.

Great Game!
This is a great game for family and friends and for all type of people. The good at Maths will team up with the person who's good at drawing and the fun it'll be guaranteed! We have played all over Christmas and we've been playing with friends in different occasion. One only down side is the number of cards, once you've gone through all of them you start remembering the answers and it looses the fun side a bit. Otherwise great game!

Great for family parties
This is a very clever game with something for everyone as long as they are over 12 ish. Anyone younger will not be able to manage some of the questions. We played with 4 adults, a 12 year old, a 14 and 17 year old and a labrador on Boxing Day. It was hilarious and everyone enjoyed it very much. Some board games make the children just that - bored but this one is so well paced it works very well. Take care though:1. It really is not for children, too hard and they won't understand some of the things they have to do. Over 12's only and even they need to be pretty switched on2. It needs 4 players MINIMUM - you can't actually play it with less.We enjoyed it and would recommend it to families with teenagers or young at heart4 stars overall, not 5 stars as it needs 4 people to play which limits it to family get togethers for us as we are a family of 3

Great...if you're American
We bought this copy of Cranium from the Amazon UK site. The first time we played it we were a bit baffled by some of the questions, and realised the questions were made for an American audience. At least half of the questions were aimed at Americans, and if you are British you will have no idea of the answers. We thought this was just how it was, however a few months later we were at a friend's house and played using their copy of Cranium, which had more British appropriate questions. This made us think Amazon sent us the wrong edition, by which point it was too late for a refund. So beware.

Adults only - it says so on the box not on the description !
I can't see in the description of the product where it says for adults. It does say it on the box when it arrives. My 6 and 8 year old were disappointed, as was I.It's an ok game for adults, unless you want to describe what each sentence means to your kids they may not understand anything.

Even better than the original!!
It's a great game, with something for everybody, either drawing, spelling, working out the meaning of a word or humming a tune. The actual game play is simple which makes it an absolute delight to play. MINOR complaint would be that the songs to hum are generally a bit too modern - in the original version, the range was much greater.

great game but unsure this edition is any better than older one
The rules are slightly weird in this edition, so we went back to the old rules from the (non WOW) edition. The characters in this edition have cute hats. Otherwise I'd stick with the older edition as there are more diverse Club Cranium questions in the old edition. In this one, they are all from just one category of question which is disappointing. Think some of the questions have been updated but many of them (especially those that went to our opponents of course) seemed easier. The addition of moving your partner into positions to guess the answer is a great one though, even though my partner did his best to dislocate my shoulder!Still a great game though.
