Love this product. Have been taking for just over a month now. Helps with my anxiety and stress levels by greatly reducing them. As for suppressing hunger and appetite they help too to combat cravings whilst dieting. However why I have given them 4 not 5 stars is the flavour change. Last month I bought these and they were apple flavoured and tasted amazing, now they are a mixed berry taste. The flavour is ok just not as good as before as really liked it previously.
