It was my 12 year olds first technic set. It was great! It took him a lot longer to finish than a regular Lego set. So he was able to enjoy the build for longer. Plus the finished product looks pretty cool.

My son loved this. It took him and his Dad a while to put together working here and there. It was bonding time for them and my son loves the car. It is a big lego set and fun for kids and all ages.

Very intricate and cool toy, wouldn’t recommend for children below 12 since there are lots of small pieces and it’s a bit of a long and complicated build

Great LEGO racing car building set for boys.

Building the LEGO Technic Bugatti Bolide was such a highlight in our house recently. I picked this up as a project for my husband, and seeing how much he truly enjoyed the building process made it worth every penny. He’s always been a fan of high-performance engineering, and this 905-piece set gave him a deep dive into the mechanics of a hypercar without needing a massive amount of shelf space. ​He spent hours focused on the working W16 engine, and I have to admit, seeing those tiny pistons actually move is pretty impressive. He also got a kick out of the functional steering and the way the scissor doors open just like the real thing. The yellow and black color scheme is incredibly sharp; it’s much more striking in person than it is on the box and really stands out in his office. ​While there were a fair amount of stickers to apply, he found the overall construction sturdy and satisfying.
