Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose the Chefman Gooseneck electric kettle because it was in the perfect sweet spot for value for money, looks, and tons of great reviews. I use this to help warm up Distilled Water for my using my Neti Pot. It has made my twice daily task much easier. It is easy to use, very quick to heat up and has a gauge so I can tell how much water is in the kettle. I can heat up as little as one cup or go up to four cups. This one is a keeper and very cute. I have no problem keeping this out on my bathroom counter.

If you’re looking for a basic “barista style” gooseneck pour-over kettle, this will do nicely.Pro: Fast. Water for two avg. size mugs (2 cup capacity) with room for milk reaches full boil in about a minute and a half and automatic shutoff at about three minutes and a half. You can begin pouring anytime during that window in my experience. Lined with stainless steel. Black and silver finish blends beautifully with our black granite countertops and the other black appliances. While heating there’s a nice blue LED that lights up on the lever. Nice touch.Con: Outside of kettle is not insulated so it does get hot. You have to train yourself to only use the handle which is durable plastic and does not heat up, but which also feels good solid and balanced in your pouring hand.Totally worth it for the price. Great little kettle that gets the job done fast and looks good doing it.Note: I only use it for boiling water, so cleaning isn’t much of an issue for me. It does have an inside rod along one edge, which does the heating, which would require you to get a behind it with a sponge I guess. (See photo)

It turns out to be the perfect solution for my needs of easily pourable hot water source to fit comfortably right next to my Flair 58 espresso machine. The first couple of efforts were magical push-button affairs. Which worked for a few weeks before giving up the electronic ghost. You know, temperature control within a single degree, keeping the water hot until... when? The point is, it was all for naught. I didn't need that kind of temp tolerances, certainly couldn't taste the difference. And I hate that a thing integral to using a manual, lever machine ... cannot be depended upon. But this one is reliable, straightforward, holds I believe .8 Liter, has auto-shutoff, is comfortable to hold and pour. Hey, it does what it promises, hopefully for months/years to come. I am a happy espresso drinker.

I got this electric kettle for pour over coffee brewing and it serves the purpose well. All of the functions work as promised. The only concern I have is that the body of the kettle gets extremely hot on the outside, which is a burn risk. Other than that, it’s a nice product.

I used to heat my cup of water in the microwave, but this works so much better! It heats the water nice and hot in a very short amount of time and automatically shuts itself off, and it looks great!

Such a great purchase. I drink multiple cups of tea a day. Here's why I love this kettle: 1) It doesn't take up much space on my counter, 2) It doesn't have a plastic interior its all metal, 3) It heats up different amounts of water so I can only do a cup at a time or multiple which is handy, 4) It can heat up to different temperatures based on the type of tea (and quickly), 5) Probably my favorite feature It beeps when the water is ready so often with other kettles I would put in water and get distracted doing something that my water would be cold. I absolutely love this kettle.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the Chefman Gooseneck Kettle and I’m genuinely impressed. It boils water super quickly (in about 3 minutes) which makes my morning routine much easier, especially when I’m rushing out the door. The blue LED lights are a nice touch so I can see when it’s actively heating, and it automatically shuts off when it’s done, which gives me peace of mind.The gooseneck spout makes it easy to pour without spilling everywhere, which I love for making pour-over coffee. I also appreciate that it lifts off the base for cordless pouring and has a water-level viewing window so I can see how much water I’m heating.It feels sturdy with its stainless steel design and looks really nice on my counter. The one-touch operation is super convenient, and it’s small enough to fit without taking up much space. Overall, if you’re looking for a fast, stylish, and easy-to-use electric kettle, this Chefman gooseneck is worth it.

Do not buy this kettle. I purchased this in May 2025. It's currently July 2025, and there is rust occurring on the rim and in two additional places WITHIN the kettle itself. It is obviously NOT rust resistant...or maybe they just mean the outside?!? In any case, the inside, where the water goes should be the rust resistant part of the kettle, don't ya think? And to make matters worse, I initially liked this model so much, I bought one for my daughter. I hope hers is holding out & maybe mine is just a fluke.
