Great for skin tag removal!
I bought this for cutting of a skin tag on my neck and it worked perfectly! - I applied the cream in a thick layer over the skin tag and left it for 35 minutes then snipped it off with very little pain, practically no pain, I would give it a 3 on pain scale, previous Lidocaine creams were not strong enough as I always felt the pinch but this stuff works!

Read the fine print. Not what I expected. Use with caution. Lidicane is for pain, but the box says not to use internally. That’s where the problem is.
