Initially they just smell of menthol, which is perhaps used as a preservative. Pick out one you can identify such as Rose (sickly) or Clove (musty). If two scents seem the same, compare them repeatedly until you can tell the difference. Write eg. R for Rose on the base of each stick so that you can mix the sticks randomly for testing without losing track of what they are. After two weeks of testing I can typically get 5 out of 6 correct on a blind test and hope to be able to reliably pick all 6 within a week or so. The scents are more difficult than just comparing a cut lemon with a grapefruit but perhaps that is a good thing.

I got them as my sense of smell is lost since covid, but my daughter has a very good sense of smell and found these not to be very strong smelling. I can just about smell them but they are not as strong as the pure oils. I dont know how long they will last as they are like Vick inhaler.

These are terrible, all inhalers are basically. Menthol, maybe they do have a hint of lemon etc but it's way over powered by the menthol. This product is supposed to train your smell but its doing the opposite. Its not natural oil if its blended with menthol it makes no sense

I have lost sense of taste & smell so I am trying to train myself to smell again. Hopefully these will help.
