Britax Römer KIDFIX XP SICT Group 2-3 (15-36kg) Car Seat - Cosmos Black

Excellent car seat. My four year old son loves it as it offers him lots of freedom of movement, whilst still keeping him safe. It secures to the car using the IsoFix mounts, and the seatbelt threads through the side of the headrest and through the chest pad before going down into the normal seatbelt clip of the car. The base of this is quite wide so do beware that if you have a small car you may find that it covers the seatbelt the clip. I have a 2012 Hyundai i30 and it JUST fits with literally no extra room to manoeuvre.

Safe and secure car seat.Easy to install and less likely hood of incorrect use if being moved between cars.Our 3.5 year old finds it comfortable and the XP pad safety belt cover seems to keep him from falling forward if he nods off.Does not come with the lap belt clip like the newer model but when we tried him in this in a local shop he didnt like that part between his legs anyway.Cons -It is a bit bulky but even using lighter lower rated seats in a standard car renders the middle seat pretty useless anyway. Would need a people carrier to have a reasonable middle seat.

Really nice isofix seat that doesn't push them too far forward or too far up with a fairly small space so maximises leg room if you need to have the front seat fairly far back like me. The over the shoulder strap padding is really nice, holds the seat belt nicely and will clearly lessen the impact. The isofix isn't very fiddly to get in, but does require a pinching action on the clips, which takes a bit of working out. The seating of the seat belt across the lap very good on our child. The headrest very protective and also allows sleep. If you have big kids headphones though they probably wont be able to wear them and put their headpack, we had to get a narrower set. Really happy generally. Not really convinced by the SICT bit though. To large round screw out nodules on the side. Just eats space from the center seat. I was expecting something cushioned or impact absorbing, but just big plastic screw out things

We bought this seat for our oldest son a couple of years ago, and have just bought a second for our younger son.It's a simple seat in some respects - no pockets, the headrest doesn't recline, etc - but it's very easy to install and remove, feels well made, and offers very good safety. It's easy to lean this seat over to buckle and unbuckle the seatbelt.

Great seat, comfy, well made and last for ages. We have another one which is a few years old and still going strong.

Great seat but doesnt fit a BMW 3series touring 2017, you cant do the seat belt up the seat base is to wide and covers the seat belt clip, Britax just said push the seat as far towards the door as you can , if it doesnt fit send it back , no help , and should not be sold as fitting it .

2nd purchase of these car seats for my 2 children. Seat belt harness is comfortable and fits well. Easy to fit, and ease of height adjustment for back rest. Screw out impact device screws out easy which ever side required. Id say easy to swap in between cars if required. A little more expensive than some car seats but safety is paramount. £50 off rrp and free delivery so bonus. Speedy delivery also. Would recommended....

Super Sitz, meine Tochter ist jetzt 3,5 Jahre er passt bereits perfekt 👌🏼 Qualität ist wie gewohnt top! Hatte vorher schon einen Römer Kindersitz.Es gibt nicht zu beanstanden.

Questo seggiolino é valido e semplice da installare in auto. È comodo e sicuro. Mia figlia riesce a salire e scendere da sola e le piace molto!

Confortable, l'enfant dort sans avoir sa tête qui tombe en avant. Sur des trajets long trajet (11h env.) il est arrivé d'avoir des plaintes de l'enfant concernant des douleurs aux jambes, (probablement à cause de la durée du trajet, mais c'est à noté) mais avec un support ajouter pour qu'il ait appuis, les longs trajets se passent très très bien.Son installation est très rapide et simple. Son volume (Rapport confort / volume dans l'auto) est nickel. L'enfant peut s'y installer seul et rapidement, comme pour en descendre. Le passage de la ceinture est également très bien placé pour ne jamais être une gêne pour le passager.Je recommande.
