Great product

This mixes pretty well but the taste is abysmal. Cherry limeade tastes more like... Feet? I've had colonoscopy preps that tasted better than this.Who knows what the results are, I am used to taking 5-8gs of creatine in my post / daily, but I figured I would try something new. Just can't get past the taste.Edit: So, after adding this review the company reached out to me and offered me a refund. I said... Well, that's great but I am still looking for another creatine, can you guys help with that? They said sure! We a bit of a back and forth that was incredibly pleasant, and they ended up saying they would send me a new jar of creatine!! I was like wow awesome! This will help so much! I'm eagerly awaiting trying this new creatine.... It finally shows up. And it was the same exact one that I found so disgusting... Oh well, at least the company tried and stands by their products, and even reached out. And it still does mix incredibly well. I just found the outcome very comical.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been working out all natural for a solid two years now and from the beginning, I found that this supplement has worked for me really well. I always take it right after a good workout. I only work out about three days a week, so on those off days I usually just take regular creatine. Other than that, I just take a high-quality liquid multivitamin and a multi mineral supplement and lots of food. I find that this stuff mixes very well and it taste awesome. Give it a shot and see what you think. I only take a few supplements and this is one of them.

I've ordered this a few times now and I can see the results when I use this vs when before. It tastes really good and I don't get the jitters. The size is great. I have a sensitive stomach and was a little worried about using, but after a few months of using and no upset stomach reactions, I'm committed to using it. Great value for the money.

We started using several Jacked Factory products together and so this review will reflect the effect of using them all. These initially included Nitro, Intra, and Growth Surge as well as Build-XT. We liked them so much that we then purchased Hydra Surge, Green Surge and Power Build (used in place of Growth Surge some days).Our use was a bit unusual. We were in the process of moving and had taken a week off of work to pack and get the house ready to sell. By the 2nd day we were moving much slower, and the 3rd felt like we weren't getting much done at all. Going from a desk job to 16 hour days of physical work does not go so well if you have not been otherwise keeping in shape, which we had not been. I took a break and spent an hour online looking for supplements that I thought would help us. In the end I decided on these. As soon as they arrived we started taking them. We probably should have gone with a smaller dose that 1st day due to the time, as getting to sleep that night was hard, but they did give us the energy boost to get more done. We did not get everything done in that week, and continued to use these as we sold the house and moved.Nitro was taken each morning along with 1 Power-XT, Intra was used as needed throughout the day and Growth or Power Build was taken before bed. Hydra and Green were added in as needed. Green was pretty tasty for a green supplement, though you could still taste a bit of that green flavor. Power Build was very potent and not used often, and even then we generally only used a half serving.Overall, taking these really helped us get more work done than we had been doing without them. By the end we were certainly in better shape than when we started. We did find that depending on when we last took Nitro or Intra Surge we would have trouble sleeping, so countered that by mixing a bit of a sleep aid into the Growth Surge before bed. We used Natural Vitality Calmful Sleep as we already had that and the flavors mixed well. This combo worked well for us, though you should always check before mixing things as to what is safe for you. I'm not sure how long we will continue to use these regularly as they were mostly a boost to get everything done in a short time, but we will likely keep them on hand for use during times of similar need.

If you're not careful, you'll load up on water mass. Keep that in mind when using this stuff.

Growth surge flavor is great! Definitely taking my workout to the next level! I train at home with Dumbbells, calisthenics, loop bands, I’m doing 4 days a week 14-16 sets to failure and I can really tell I have more in the gas tank and recovery, to be able to push myself harder with less volume.I never mix growth surge with water, as the recommended instructions says, I work out from 3am to 4am and make a protein pudding for breakfast, 6 scoops vanilla Chobi Greek yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, 1 scoop of grown surge, mix until consistent, top with granola, blueberries, banana, ghost pepper flakes.I give Growth surge a 5/5 for jacking up my workouts, 5/5 for flavor, 5/5 for price!
