Really great product that works

I have used this product for years and there is no substitute. Everything else will, over time, end up with my scalp becoming flaky and also it helps with the skin condition I sometimes get above my ears.If the company stopped making this I would shave my hair off

Good shampoo does the job but prefer Philip Kingsley one as it keeps hair fresher for longer and scalp doesn't itch at all where as using this one it can itch after 3 days of not washing hair

I have irrated scalp and this shampoo is so soothing it helps a lot. It's an expensive shampoo but for me worth it, it lasts a surprising amount of time as only need a 50p size of shampoo for my just below shoulder length hair.My hair looks and feels great. No product residue.

I've been always struggling with itchy scalp, tried all medicated shampoo, they usually work for a few days and then I am back to normal. This shampoo didn't work for me and my hair was very dry even after using conditioner and mask with this shampoo, having curly hair this product made it difficult for me to even brush my hair. I found that it works better if I use this one first and after Head and Shoulder derma x pro.

I ordered this shampoo because I've been getting a very itchy scalp and I don't really know why, as I don't have dandruff and I wash my hair at least every other day. This shampoo does help to soothe my scalp and make it less itchy. It makes my hair feel really clean too. I give two lathers, the first with another shampoo and the second with this one. The Redken Soothing Balance doesn't usually lather as much as most shampoos, but I can definitely feel that it's working.

Itchy scalp, product is the best I've tried. Very pleased.
