Best product I've bought in 2 years!
What a truly useful product. For once the latest gadget isn't something you use once and leave on the shelf. The Upright Go is so well designed. For starters, when you put it on your back you are expecting to be able to feel the weight - you can't, it's almost weightless. Then, you get concerned about the stickiness of the plaster, if it will hold, will I get a rash, will it be hard to remove etc - none of that, it leaves no trace and holds all day. Then putting it on - did I put it in the right place - Doesn't matter as long as you follow the guidelines. Is it upside down - Again, doesn't matter, it works either way. Simple to start up and incredibly easy to use.The App is what really pulls it altogether - Synching and calibrating take a matter of seconds and there are no lengthy menu screens to go through - its all there for you on the first screen. The analytics are awesome - allowing you to see how much your posture changes in a variety of different graphic and data formats. This is simply the best tech gadget I have used in the last 24 months and I have purchased around 10 - 12 different products - well worth the money and most importantly - I bought it because I have an upper back/lumbar issue and correcting my posture is an essential part of preventing further damage and subsequent pain. The Upright Go has absolutely fulfilled its promise in helping me achieve that aim.Buy it now, you won't regret it.

good product but unusable on the long run
The product does the job, the app responds well, you are alerted when you curve your back, and you can keep track. In theory. The reality is that I wouldn't really know when to use it... I definitely want to keep my back straight when I'm on a social occasion, but under a shirt it appears bulky , and it is noticeable,I don't necessary care to keep my back straight when I'm on my own, during my private time.Bottom line, the idea and the product itself is good, but I give 3 starts because in reality it's rather unrealistic to put it in practice and use it consistently... most likely you will give up after a few days of use.

Smooth user experience
I didn't have problems with adhesive running out quickly (as mentioned in some other reviews) so I'm happy with the likely ongoing cost of replacing these. The iOS app is minimal and well designed. The Apple Watch app seems a little more buggy, but I'm running a beta version of iOS, so I don't know if this was causing the problems. The device itself works well. It sometimes seems overly sensitive, buzzing in response to small movements. Fortunately, it's really quick to recalibrate your upright posture, and there are also a few setting you can adjust to control sensitivity and alert speed.I've only been using this for a week (so too early to report on any long term health benefits), but can see myself using it fairly regularly given how easy it is to operate.

Exactly what I've been looking for
This is the best gadget I've bought this year. I work in IT and love this in two ways - it reminds me to stand/sit upright exactly the way I tell it to (you can configure sensitivity for slouching and the time after which it buzzes) AND the app experience is so seamless for iOS at least, better than Apple Watch. I know exactly how hard it is to get it right! Love the fact that stats tell you you shouldn't be aiming for 100% upright time as this can make you too stiff, love the seamless switch between training (when you get vibration if you slouch) and tracking (when you're not disturbed by buzzing unless you sit a long slouch alert).I have been looking for a solution like this for YEARS and tried everything from special clothing that keeps your shoulderblades together to regular buzzes on a smartwatch. UPRIGHT GO need input from you (when do you want to trach your posture, perhaps not while you're folding laundry) and discipline but it does what it promises and has one of the best apps I've seen.

It seemed like a good idea but the whole design concept is ...
It seemed like a good idea but the whole design concept is flawed. Because of where it sits in your back it's easy to slouch and have it record good posture or sit up straight and have it buzzing away. It's just an expensive gimic. A post-it note on your desk as a reminder is more effective.

Disappointing
This was an impulse buy, and one I regret. It works in that it keeps your back straight, or at least upright, but it’s just sort of pointless. The session in the app is over too soon and I don’t think I had a single alert whilst sitting at my desk. Maybe I’ve just got good posture, but I don’t think I’ll be using it much more. And the regular emails from people who apparently work for the company are annoying. I’ve unsubscribed from all emails from them. Maybe I’ll find an alternative use for it. Not sure what yet though.

Comfortable & useful
I've been using upright go for a while and I'm extremely satisfied. I'm keeping it on for the whole working day (I sit @ my desk for 8 hours and I was well aware that my posture was not good at all), and here my few cents comments:1. it's extremely easy to use (first setup requires few minutes and everyday usage is even easier - simply turn the device on, open the app, hit the 'set posture' button, and it's ready)2. device is comfortable to wear: sometimes I forgot it attached :-)3. it works: everytime I slouch for too long, a vibration reminds me to keep the postureAfter few weeks I realised (and could check using the app), that my posture is better and my tendency to stay slouched has drastically reduced.I wouldn't say that it can be used as alternative to gym, but for sure it's a great support durinig the office hours.
