Finding Father Christmas

Why do the dvds show that there closed caption when they don't. It always shows after the movie starts that it is not available? This was an excellent movie, but my wife couldn't enjoy because it needed CC. Why advertise when it is not available.

I loved this movie and the sequel Engaging Father Christmas. I am extremely disappointed that the sequel, and likely not the third movie coming out this year, is available on Amazon or Hallmark. I'm not likely to take a chance on a vendor that I am not familiar with. I don't understand why Hallmark would give/sell the rights to some of their movies and not sell it themselves.

This is one of my favorite Hallmark Christmas Movies!! I was so happy this was available on Amazon and at such a great price. Love the story. Can't wait for the sequel to this movie (Engaging Father Christmas) to be available as well.

This was a really, really good movie. I truly hope there is a sequel. The lead actors were great. The storyline was great and was developed quite nicely. Erin Krakow is wonderful at showing exactly what she feels in each scene. Especially when she comes face-to-face with the identity of the little boy in the photo and he, unbeknownst to him, provides her with her last clue. Why is she not in more movies?

While I did have the twist figured out, I wasn't expecting how everything unfolded, which is what makes this one is the better Hallmark Christmas movies!At first I was frustrated by how guarded Miranda was with the people that were trying to help her. It was beginning to feel like she could get to answers of she just stopped saying "Oh, nothing...." when asked. But the story moves so elegantly and her reasons for being guarded eventually make sense.This very quickly jumped to the top of my favorites list!

One of my favorite Hallmark Christmas movies! Must watch all the way through for the Surprise Ending. The Vermont Christmas town setting is beautiful. Makes me want to find this town and move there. The story is very sweet. Bought this one for my BFF.

What do you expect from a theatrical family? Plenty of drama! Well, you have that here. I don't recall any scene that lightens the mood - it all winds slowly to an emotional reveal.The characters are engaging. The plot is interesting. However, at one point, I wondered if the Vermonters were a little TOO welcoming. Every towns person seemed to be ready to read a tourist brochure aloud and point out some quaint scene. Vermont is lovely, true. Ask Bernie Sanders!

Enjoyed the trilogy of films on the tv and wanted to watch the films during the year. The film arrived a lot quicker than I expected.

Purchase for Mother in law for Christmas, all good!

It's the perfect Christmas movie about finding family at the best time of the year

1st movie of three movies that tell of Christmas romance. I recommend getting the other 2 Father Christmas Movies. One tells the story of getting engaged at Christmas and then the other one is about getting Married at Christmas.
