One of the best step ladders I’ve purchased. The quality is excellent, and it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. What I love most is how compact it becomes once folded – very easy to store in tight spaces. It’s perfect for daily home use, especially for older people as it’s not heavy to lift.

⚠️ Poor product experience The terms are not good. There is no return option available after purchasing the product. The product cannot support 70 kg. It shakes while climbing, and the top standing base is made of plastic and is of very poor quality.

I ordered this aluminium ladder expecting a solid, reliable product, but I’m honestly regretting the purchase. Right from the start, the quality just doesn’t match what was advertised. First of all, the top of the ladder is made of plastic. For something that’s supposed to be sturdy and durable, this feels like a major design flaw. It just doesn’t seem reliable or strong enough to support any significant weight, which is a huge concern when you’re using a ladder. On top of that, the ladder I received was defective. The band around the hinges was already broken when I unboxed it, making the ladder feel unstable and unsafe. I was honestly shocked that Amazon allowed such a product to be shipped out. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship and quality control. This ladder just doesn’t cut it, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I’m really disappointed with this purchase.

i recently purchased this ladder and i'm extremely impressed with the quality. The build is solid, lightweight, and very easy to carry. The step feel stable, and the anti-skid design gives great confidence while climbing. I have used it for house hold work.

Quality wise sturdy and good, but needs a bit of holding. A better heavier version is suggested. Nevertheless for this price it's really nice product Thank you Amazon Basics
