I was just wondering what the difference is between ponzu and normal soy sauce?

Ponzu is citrusy soy sauce. Good for salad, gyoza, grilled meat etc. Sometimes I make ponzu when I run out of it. Just add some lemon juice to soy sauce. You see, Citrusy soy sauce!
