Great cardio full Body workout

Super light and stays in place. It was a little weird to assemble because it didn't come with instructions. For a long while I couldn't get it to fit in any of my door frames until I figured out there is a tightening screw at the end of the polls to fasten it to the frame better. Once I got it in, it was great. I beat the heck out of it for about 2 hours today, great workout, no damage to the paint on the frame. It was a little loud and scared my brother's dog heh... oops.

This does just what it says it does. A little tweeking to get it fitting tightly in the doorway, but then you can punch away. Its not a heavy bag and its not a speed bag, but if you don't have either at home, this is the way to go to keep up your conditioning. can travel with you so you can work out where ever. Recommend gloves to protect your hands, even if they are just your old winter gloves. After 15 minutes bare handed my hands were a little unhappy as it is a bit stiff, but not hard. Work out the day's stress, keep fit.

This boxing bag didn't last a month. I'm a professional fitness trainer and ordered this product for the portability and easy set up for myself and to work with clients. Was going to recommend to clients.Pros: Great cardio boxing workout, easy to assemble, portable and lightweight.Cons: Durability of bag did not last a month. One of the rubber/bungee cord/band popped off. Would not recommend to my clients. Very disappointed.

I really like this but I was unable to use it due to all of my doors was too small to put it up.

Be careful when using bare knuckles. Mounting May slip off. Especially hitting bag heard.

This doorway punching bag absolutely met all my expectatives, the bars can firmly attached almost on every frame door of my home, standard size door, about 28" more or less, the punching bag is light but quite solid, you can throw punches at good high speed and relatively hard, I highly recommend boxing gloves just to protect the wrists and knuckles because after a while it is a bit rough and uncomfortable.Once you got the all the gear is time for a good exercise, jabs and cross are pretty easy to achieve, good combos and combinations can be done as well, the difficult comes when you want to connect a good hook or uppercut but with practice is possible, I never ever practice boxing in my life, I saw a few videos how to get a good technique and learn a couple of combos, trust me, the workout leave me knackered, sweating, sore in my arms, shoulders and legs, even notice how the chest is working, 20 minutes at good pace throwing punches, crouching, twisting etc.. The only bad thing I found that it is a little be noisy specially when you hit the pad hard, but in my opinion is a good option if you have much room in your home, otherwise the punching bag would be the best option, but for me is perfect
