Solid Product - GREAT customer service
I have purchased two of these for squeegeeing down the shower room floor after a shower. They are perfect for this - very effective even on a rough tiled floor - easy to hold and easy to get into corners thanks to the flexible knuckle.The second one we purchased failed after 14 months, the blade coming away from the knuckle, and the customer service was excellent. I had registered the product for the 2 year warranty, contacted Tyroler Bright via their online “contact us” form and somebody got back to me within 12 hours, I provided phots of the faulty mop and a new one was delivered within 48hrs of me claiming on the warranty. AMAZING 5 STAR service!

Handy for bathroom.
Very easy to put together comes in a small box, the handles come in 4 parts you can choose the hight you want. It was larger than I expected. The only annoying thing is that it does not stay firm it has a device on the bottom of the pole that locks rubber from swiveling but it does not stay locked. Appart from that it works. A bit expensive for what it is but it does the job.

Great product
I bought this just over a year ago and was very happy. Few months ago the stick became unstable but we were still able to use it. But this week it broke and was unusable. I contacted costumer service as felt like this was too soon for the price I paid. They were very quick to reply and have sent me a new stick within 24 hours!

Does the job well
Excellent for cleaning wet room floor, much better than previous, cheap squeegee which didn't work very well and went rusty.

Love product but Pole very poor quality
Love the product but pole very cheap weak! I’ve order at least 5 of these previously and the only reason I re order them is because the pole itself is made of cheap quality. A stronger better quality pole would make this product AMAZING!

Efficient water collector
Inherited a hospital style tanked wet room when we bought our new home. Until we get round to changing it we had need of an efficient blade to scrape water into central drain. This does the job perfectly
