Pretty much love it
I really Like this mop and vaccum combo. I tried three other kinds and this one tops them all. I like The water reservoir being so large i can Do my whole living room and kitchen with one full. I like The scent that it leaves behind very clean smelling. I like That it self cleans but you still need to clean out the dirty water and let all the parts out to dry. The only flaw is that the filter goes dirty and needs to be replaced very quickly. Probably every two to three weeks depending on how often you use the mop. I use It every other day so it went bad in about 2 weeks. The sand gets plugged in the corner and automatically shuts off once it’s fully charged. Be sure to fully charge it once you get it before running it. The battery will die very quickly the first time. The battery lasts long enough for me to do about 800 square feet of my house then i have To charge it. Overall it’s awesome. It works on rugs and tile and it has a boost mode for extra spills or stains.

Definitely better then expected
After years of mop buckets and hand scrubbing my life proof flooring I tore my rotator cuff and had to find another way to clean almost 2,000 square feet of flooring. I was hesitant to spend the a lot of money for a floor cleaner when they're are so many conflicting reviews and options. When I seen this Bissell on sale and looked at my Amazon points balance I figured I would give it a shot. The cleaner arrived fast and before expected. The box was heavy and again with a fresh torn rotator cuff it was probably more me then the box its self. My husband put it together with ease. I love that is changing base is large to store parts as they dry after use. The instructions are simple and easy to understand. Battery life is over a half hour, depending on what setting you are using. The clean and dirty water contains are small but it does make sense when you with about the weight of the vacuum it's self then add water. For my home I fill and dump about 4 times before my cleaning is complete. When using my o'cedar I would use at lease 2 buckets of water. So in all reality I'm probably using less water and the same amount of time cleaning. I was very happy this product came with extra rollers and trial cleaners.Between kids and dogs they bring a lot of dirt, which where I live is mostly sand and dust into my home. This product has no issues with pick up sand and dirt along with missed dog hair from vacuuming. I do vacuum well before using this product. If your on the fence, have kids, dogs and life proof flooring definitely try it.

Love this machine in spite of flaws
I hate to clean. I especially hate to mop, so I do it far less often than I should. But having 2 cats and 2 dogs, I have to vacuum far more frequently since their hair piles up in the corners if I don't. So to have a single machine that allows me to vacuum and mop at the same time is something I love. And, although there are some significant cons about the Bissell Crosswave Cordless Pet Pro, for me the pros outweigh the cons.Pros:1. First and foremost, this is a good vacuum cleaner.2. I find cords annoying. I love that this is a cordless machine.3. As I've already mentioned, I like being able to vacuum and mop at the same time rather than having to vacuum then go back over the same floor with a mop.4. I think the Crosswave is so much more sanitary than using a mop and bucket, which requires using water that is dirty after the first swipe to mop the rest of the floor. With the Corsswave, there is a tank of clean water, and the dirty water is sucked up into a separate tank.5. I am not at all mechanically inclined, so I was a bit concerned about having to figure out all of the buttons and tanks, how to take them out and get them back in correctly. But in spite of the complexity of the Crosswave, the instructions were clear, easy to follow, and the parts that come off and go back on, especially in the dirty water tank, were fairly intuitive to figure our.6. The machine lets you know when the dirty water tank is full. I don't know if it also lets you know when the clean water tank is empty since the dirty water tank fills up before the clean water tank empties.7. It's wonderful to have a wet vac that's appropriate for household use and can be used on wet spills.Cons:1 The clean water and dirty water tanks are WAY too small. I live in a 900 square foot mobile home with all laminate flooring. I had to empty the dirty water tank and refill the clean water tank 5 times to do all of the floors. That's emptying and refilling after every room and after the length of the hallway. And my rooms are not big.2. The solids filter in the dirty water tank is fairly useless. Yes, pet hair and other debris did collect on the solids filter, but it also collected on every surface inside the dirty water tank, and there was a kind of muddy debris left in the bottom corners of the tank. I had to take a paper towel and wipe out the inside of the tank each time it needed to be emptied, then rinse it in the sink.3. The charge didn't last for quite the full time I needed it. It needed to be recharged before I could finish my final room. But I didn't have the setting on the hardwood floor mode, so perhaps if I keep it on that mode, the charge will last a bit longer. I can't tell if the charge lasted for the half hour claimed in the description since I spent so much time emptying the dirty water container. So I don't know the actual amount of time I had the Crosswave turned on.Yet in spite of the cons, I still like the Crosswave. I'm imagining using it when I spill water or eggs or cornstarch on my kitchen floor. The Crosswave will be simple to lift off it's charger, take to the kitchen, then sweep up and wash up the mess. And I will now be washing my floors every time I vacuum, so my floors will be cleaner than they have ever been, and that feels good to me.

Works well
I absolutely love this product. I have mostly hardwood floors and it does a fabulous job cleaning. As others reviewed, the battery life is relatively short lived. I cannot do my entire house in one cleaning (nor would I want to). I get about 2 rooms done well at a time. It is sleek and looks nice on the docking station in my living room. I did have an issue where the charger stopped working and there is an excellent warranty of 2 years through the manufacturer. They were easy to contact and resolved my issue by sending me a replacement right away. Strongly recommended this to any worn out parents trying to balance a clean house and a life.
