Keeps teeth and gums healthy

Relatively expensive due to the importation from abroad, but good quality.
I like these because they are rrecommended by the designer of the home dental care system. There are more affordable products available, but I wanted these to have something to compare the others to. The xylitol in these mints is reputedly good for your dental health as it is known to stimulate and enhance your saliver, which remineralises the teeth, and kills off the bad bacteria, as they cannot digest it.

Not as expected or recommended
After watching Dr Ellie Phillips I decided to try her mouth care system which includes Zellies mints or gum, I chose to try mints but only Cinnamon flavour was available, I like Cinnamon and have no allergy to it, these things caused a burning sensation on my gums not nice at all and definitely can not be described as a "mint" my teeth have become more sensitive since using the mouth care system too, I am using "Peppersmith Peppermint mints with xylitol" found here on Amazon they seem ok.
