Easy replacement for the original.
This control panel is an exact replacement for the original. It was easy to install and all of the controls function as they should. Its been working well now for several years.

Nothing else comes with this
It appears that the silicone and putty knife comes with this, it does not they just put it in the picture so you think it does!!!

Fit my 2005 Dimension Nautilus
My spa is relatively old but still chugging. When the digital readout disappeared, we could still turn the jets on, but couldn't see temperature or other information. I was quoted "about $500" to replace by a local dealer. I took a chance, bought this, my son's handyman friend installed it (he said it was easy) and the spa now has a new lease on life. We're pleased with this, and glad to have saved a couple hundred bucks.

Defective after 5 months - Amended review - Customer service proved efficient
Originally I reported that this unit became defective after 5 months. I contacted the seller HotSpring Supply and they told me it was out of warranty but there were a few days left. After several email discussions they agreed to help me and I recently received the replacement unit, which so far works fine.

Panel lasted only a year before malfunctioning. Seller refused a replacement request. Not worth $330 dollars.
