Doesn't work, falls off and the app isn't even available on the UK app store.

Great for getting a basic idea of my sweat rate and sodium needs. Caveat, test during a sustained workout. I wore it during an interval workout, ant the gauge actually fell during the recovery times. But I comes with 2 tests, so I will use it again another time to see if my adapted hydration and sodium intake has helped. Also costs Pennie’s compared to true sodium sweat tests. I had actually asked my nurse about getting one done locally, as many tests are done in person in Colorado, or mail in tests.But she said the local sweat tests are more to check for cyclic fibrosis, and not for athletic purposes. The Gatorade test confirmed that I’m a salty sweater, but a moderate sweater. And also that I’m u dear-hydrated. The test patch is a bit large on a small person, but did bother me during the workout. Would definitely recommend before committing to a $200 tests!

The product will not scan despite all its tips to get it to do so. Completely useless

Great information, with the proper cleaning of the surface it can be applied even under race conditions (i used some spray alcohol and worked like charm) never fell while riding Or running.

If you're a sweater and plan to wear this for a couple hours, you're going to have to wrap it or find another method to keep it tight to the skin. It was questionable how well it was working because it wasn't adhering after a shortwhile.
