Q: Has to be keept in a fridge or can I store the morcilla in room temperature (before opening)?

It arrives in a freezer/cool bag with frozen 'sachets' to keep it cool in transit and the instructions on it say It has to be refrigerated. We cook it straight from the fridge and it's fine.

Q: Is this black pudding made from fresh pig blood or from dried?

Not xure, but taste is dried. . Overall is not for English tastebuds due to cumin used.

Q: What are the dimensions of this black pudding? I need length and circumference ideally.

20 cm long and about 6 cm in diameter approx, hope it helps.

I would say it’s a combined flavour of the blood, onion and general spices , nothing stands out as such but maybe cumin might be a spice , very moorish and for me puts our black pudding in the shade
