Improves quality of sleep, but doesn't help you fall asleep.
Really helps me get better quality sleep.I started taking higher doses (upwards of 7 grams per day) as I had read and researched it can help with collagen production. As with me getting older I figured i would try. I wouldnt call the results amazing but I have noticed small wrinkles filling out and not being as prominent, and some deeper wrinkle not being quite as deep. Nothing drastic but I noticed (people who arent me might not)I take this mainly for better sleep. I can have insomnia sometimes where it takes for ever to fall asleep, and then it not be great. Even though this doesnt help me fall asleep faster (i do that with other supplments and having very strict bedtime routine) this supplement does let me get some good quality sleep where I feel refreshed in the morning. No grogginess, no just 5 more minutes. Just pure energy to start the day bright eyes and bushy tailed.I still take this (i alternate between 2 brands both work super well)I highly recommend trying this supplement if your sleep quality is poor and want to improve it. The best is you dont have to take this every day/night ... you can take it before bed on nights you know you'll need the best quality sleep. Using it on an as needed basis.

Natural Non Addictive Sleep Supplement
After doing some research on non-addictive sleep supplements and coming across glycine a few times, I decided to give it a try. I tried this along with 3 other similar sleep supplements, trying each one as a stand-alone once a day for 2 weeks, with the plan of incorporating all of the ones that worked for me on a continuing basis. With a lot of these types of sleep aids, some work for some people and not on others. The human body is a complex thing and there’s no one size fits all.For me, glycine actually appeared to increase either blood flow to my brain, or some type of synaptic activity which actually made it slightly more difficult for me to fall asleep, though my sleep cycles (deep sleep / REM) had slightly positive improvements after falling asleep.Based on these results, I switched to taking it midday rather than in the evening, which appears to have helped. Because results seemed rather minor, I will be finishing the bottle but probably won’t purchase again. That being said, I’d still recommend giving it a try to see if it works for you.The pills don’t have much of a taste. They’re a bit on the larger side but not easy to swallow. I hope others have better success on the sleep front!

Must-Have Supplement for Sleep and Collagen Production
I take this nightly for sleep. It makes you extremely relaxed so you can fall asleep quickly and easily. Glycine is also really important for collagen production. This is a great overall product that I don't like living without!

Great for dementia patients and you
