Excellent product I bought for dry eyes and in just 4 days I've noticed a major difference and it has almost eliminated my issue all together so I'm very happy with the product so far . Update : I'm still so happy with this supplement I take it everyday. Before I ordered this I looked at other products that were cheaper but if you look closer at the ingredients they don't have the same quality or amount that this product offers.

We have been taking these for about 3 years now. They are amazing at helping to heal skin. They work on cleansing my body of all the junk that makes me break out, and it really works. I can tell when I run out that it was truly working, I start breaking out in hives and patches within a few weeks. Seriously this stuff works. Easy to swallow, they are a dark brown colored veggie capsule, like a vitamin E type. I love the new concept of the refill pouches. The first one was kind of confusing but I've gotten a few since then so I get what they are doing now. It's a great supplement, and it helps in many ways.
