Does the job, but recommend not getting.
Wording comes off almost immediately, making it difficult to know which button does what, buttons get frozen, rice yellows fast after 12hrs on warm (Not sure if that has to do with rice cooker or temperature of rice cooker on warm default settings). I’m used to the old school electric Cuckoo rice cookers that kept rice great at least 48hrs on warm, but don’t make anymore (at least in the size in color I prefer). Still does the job, but just little nuisances that add up making it disappointing knowing Cuckoo is a legit brand.

Excellent rice cooker.
Excellent rice cooker. Cuckoo is very well known brand in South Korea. Quality is a top notch. It can cook rice for 10 people easily.

Beware peeling rice cooker!!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I’ve had this for two months, and the inside of it is peeling.... I have never in my life seen a rice cooker peel like this... I can only imagine how bad this is for our health!!!!The window for returning is done too!! I feel so violated!!!

Easy to use until all the options get washed off :c
Bought my cuckoo on Nov 2018 and it's now 2020. It was good until the last week, the sensor to the buttons started acting funny and I can't set it properly anymore.

The writing on top of the cooker will all wipe away and buttons become unresponsive
I’ve had this about 5/6 months now and it was fine in the beginning. Now, all the writing where the buttons are (and even the “cuckoo” on top) are all gone. I Don’t know which buttons are which and half the time the buttons are unresponsive.

The biggest gripe with this rice maker is that the buttons are "touch" but you have to tap it like five times for it to respond. That can be a nuisance when you are trying to turn off the cooker.

Pressure cooker may be good, but general cooker is really disappointing
I can not use it because rice is not ripe. Pressure cooker may be good, but general cooker is really disappointing. Please let me know if you see a review by a Cuckoo official.
