For many years I used another joint support product (Dr _) which is more expensive, which was on my subscribe and save list. The item was unavailable, so I had to choose an alternative. I decided to try this product. I had both knees replaced some time ago and are very active playing pickleball, HIIT and balance classes. The inflammation and slight discomfort after workouts I no longer have after taking this product. I cancelled my old subscription and now subscribe to this product.

My joints feel better when I take these & I usually only take 1 a day. Made in USA! Other ingredients not bad. This is my 2nd bottle.

I have not had any problems using this product. Capsules are made to dissolve quickly. It does require three capsules daily. I have just began to use this product.

Helps some. I can tell when I take it and when I forget.

I like to do plenty of cardio and occasionally some leg workouts. After a while, I begin to feel some joint pain on my knees. Not knowing what to do, I would put on IcyHot cream thinking it would help but alas, it didn't. I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to workout anymore.The I did some research on the subject and decided to try out some oral supplements starting with this supplement. I wasn't really expecting it to do much in my case since I am the sort of person who is skeptical of supplements and fast cures. After two weeks of taking these capsules, I noticed that my joint pain on my knees gradually disappeared.They are easy to swallow and leave no nasty aftertaste. I have been able to continue with my workouts including doing more weightlifting. I don't want to skip leg day!

Really great stuff especially for the price. I had really bad knee pain from a skiing accident and it got worse from sitting around and gaining weight. Obviously they aren’t the solution, but I wouldn’t be able to sleep and I started taking 6 of these a day and the pain went away after the first two or three days. I took them like that for a month and I have been exercising more, but I was exercising then too. I have stopped needing to take them because I don’t have anymore knee pain and I also don’t crack as much as I did. I took these with vitamin D. I tried S-ame as well, but I always felt like it made me sad so I stopped. These are by far the best for alleviating pain. I think it’s the turmeric which is an anti-inflammatory. I’m sure it’s helping grow my cartilage back, but not being in pain was just so wonderful.
